House Clearances

AMS Removals are able to offer a comprehensive clearance service for houses, garages and offices alike.

We can simply remove all unwanted items to leave the property completely vacant, clean the property so that it is ready for sale or to be handed back to the landlord, or we can remove unwanted carpets, floorings and fittings that are dated and detract from the appeal of the property.

Any useable unwanted goods are forwarded to our charity partners for re-use.  All waste is sorted and recycled where possible, with unusable waste being disposed of at a licensed waste recycling site.  All vehicles used to carry waste products are licensed to do so.
